Brian Bruce from Mission delivered the most thorough and impressive AC maintenance service we’ve ever experienced. He clearly takes pride in his work and went above and beyond in every aspect of the visit.
Brian walked us through each step of the process, explaining what he was doing and why it matters for both performance and long-term reliability. In addition to cleaning out leaves and debris from the exterior condenser, he also cleared out drain channels that had been completely clogged for years—something no previous service had addressed.
His attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right really stood out. We will absolutely be requesting Brian for all future maintenance.
