They sent the tech out the next day to diagnose the problem. Turned out my mother board had gone bad. The tech contacted the Eddie, the planner, and he came out two days later with a plan. We discussed my options and we agreed on a new system. Thank goodness they offer financing. Eddie was able to get me on the install schedule for one week later. The two techs came 30 minutes early and they had everything they needed for the job with them. The installation was smooth, they stayed to make sure everything worked. They removed my old units and their trash and away they went. All in one day. I highly recommend Mission Heating and Cooling.

Gabe arrived, explained thoroughly what was going on as well as what they would do to replaced it including adding new and better 1/4 turn shut off valves and larger flume. I immediately felt confident this company would take care of me.
The next day and on time my hot water heater was installed with all the new features as promised. I would definitely use again.

Oh the joys of homeownership...it's never fun when the water heater goes out and you run out of hot water. Luckily, Mission Plumbing came to the rescue and they were able to come out the SAME DAY (literally a few hours after I called them) to take out our old water heater and replace with a new one!

First of all, I appreciate that the people that came and installed it put out blankets on our rug and wore shoe booties to keep our house clean. They were very tidy with their tools and parts! It's always a headache to clean up after people that work on your house, so it was a pleasant surprise that they kept everything clean.

Mission also gave us a great deal on a new 50 gallon gas water heater (Bradford White) + installation + delivery + and hauling off our old water heater for only $2250 (after their $250 coupon on their website). Great deal for such a great brand and amazing service.

Also shout out to Hannah, who is the call operator/scheduler for them, who took her time and answered all my questions and made sure everything went well!

Excellent service! I called before 8am to request service on my AC which wasn't blowing air through the vents. The woman who answered was very kind and helpful, committing to schedule someone that same morning. The technician called at 9:50am and said he would arrive in 40 minutes and he did at exactly 10:30! After checking the inside unit and finding no issue, he checked outside and identified the issue in 10 minutes. He had the part and the repair was completed. The entire visit was just under 30 minutes. House is nice & cool! I would definitely recommend Mission Plumbing & Air Conditioning. Great job and reasonable cost.

Another positive experience with Mission Plumbing Heating & Cooling! Tito was here last week to do a free service check on the AC system Mission installed last year. He did a very through inspection of the equipment, cleaned the unit outside, and updated my thermostat. Everything was in perfect order as I expected. This company has done an outstanding job for me, from quoting a price on my HVAC system (almost $2K less than competitor), Installation, and maintenance of the system. The staff I have dealt with, from the appointment desk, Chad the specialist, to the service techs, are so courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to visit with Tito last week! He is always so friendly and respectful. I do, and have referred them to many neighbors and friends.

All three technicians I interacted with were very polite and helpful. All around great experience when the circumstances were less than great (broken AC in August). Sink was clogged. Plumber came out and fixed it but sink was backed up a few days later. I called and they came out again and really, really fixed it.
