A follow-up from last week's service appointment: After 25 plus years, our HVAC system could no longer be repaired and we decided to upgrade the entire system. Bill E. was tremendously helpful and understanding of our situation. We received our estimate and accepted it. The whole purchase and install process was seamless. Tyrone and Terril installed the whole system in about 7 hours. In addition, we upgraded the hot water tank and sump pump motor. Everything was installed professionally. They took time to answer our questions while they explained the system. We are pleased with Mission.

All of the technicians I have worked with are great. Scheduling and communication have been issues, but with some persistence, they do respond and get people out quickly once a date has been set up. I am happy with the quality of work, but it does come at a premium price. Invoices are unusually vague. No itemized labor/material split; it is hard to tell what is getting marked up and by how much. I am a member of their Home Comfort Club, so I supposedly get a discount, but tbh, the discount brings the price down to what would still be considered the high end. I am not sure if it is as good of a deal as it first seemed. If you have the extra money, I think they are reliable and trustworthy.
