We Would Highly Recommend Mission HVAC
A crew of 5 technicians from Mission arrived on time and were well prepared. They removed our old furnace and A/C and replaced both units with high-efficiency Lennox units along with a new thermostat and furnace filter. They reconnected our humidifier and replaced my filter. They started work at 8 a.m. and were done by 12:30.
We are completely satisfied and would highly recommend Mission PHC. The above comments were dated September 2021.
On March 27, 2026, I called Mission because our A/C was not cooling. It was late afternoon. They do not charge more for after-hours or weekend service calls. She said Doug would be dispatched and call when he was 30 minutes away.
Doug arrived around 8 p.m. He flushed out our debris-clogged condenser, replaced the capacitor and filter, and was all done before 10 p.m. We saved 20% and their trip charge by joining the Comfort Club at $16.00/month. That gives us an A/C and furnace checkup plus a whole-house plumbing inspection each year.
Doug was a skilled technician.
We would continue to highly recommend Mission HVAC.

I’d give them 6 stars if I could. After two visits (and two charges) from another plumbing company in town, I felt the work was incomplete and called Mission. The technician Deshawn arrived on time. He was thorough in diagnosing the issue and found the prior company never cleaned out the main stack line. Within an hour he diagnosed and fixed the issue. I’ll be going with Mission here on out as long as I’m in Overland Park.
