A follow-up from last week's service appointment: After 25 plus years, our HVAC system could no longer be repaired and we decided to upgrade the entire system. Tyrone and Terril installed the whole system in about 7 hours. In addition, we upgraded the hot water tank and sump pump motor. Everything was installed professionally. Brian Bruce from Mission delivered the most thorough and impressive AC maintenance service we’ve ever experienced. He clearly takes pride in his work and went above and beyond in every aspect of the visit.
Brian walked us through each step of the process, explaining what he was doing and why it matters for both performance and long-term reliability. In addition to cleaning out leaves and debris from the exterior condenser, he also cleared out drain channels that had been completely clogged for years—something no previous service had addressed.
His attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right really stood out. We will absolutely be requesting Brian for all future maintenance.

All of the technicians I have worked with are great. Scheduling and communication have been issues, but with some persistence, they do respond and get people out quickly once a date has been set up. I am happy with the quality of work, but it does come at a premium price. Invoices are unusually vague. No itemized labor/material split; it is hard to tell what is getting marked up and by how much. I am a member of their Home Comfort Club, so I supposedly get a discount, but tbh, the discount brings the price down to what would still be considered the high end. I am not sure if it is as good of a deal as it first seemed. If you have the extra money, I think they are reliable and trustworthy.
