Mike L. and Bill E. were extremely thorough in servicing our HVAC. They took time to explain how our system was doing. We really appreciate their time helping us. We have used Mission for several years. A follow-up from last week's service appointment: After 25 plus years, our HVAC system could no longer be repaired and we decided to upgrade the entire system. Bill E. was tremendously helpful and understanding of our situation. We received our estimate and accepted it. The whole purchase and install process was seamless. Tyrone and Terril installed the whole system in about 7 hours. In addition, we upgraded the hot water tank and sump pump motor. Everything was installed professionally. They took time to answer our questions while they explained the system. We are pleased with Mission.

Showed up on time. Knew exactly what to do. This was a big job and took all afternoon on a Friday. He brought in experts to help with a complete upgrade of basement equipment, new refrigerant, outside AC unit, new thermostat, etc. Got it all done by 5:00 p.m. and it works great. By all means, buy him lunch, praise him and whatever else you can do. He is a keeper.

Brian Bruce from Mission delivered the most thorough and impressive AC maintenance service we’ve ever experienced. He clearly takes pride in his work and went above and beyond in every aspect of the visit. Brian walked us through each step of the process, explaining what he was doing and why it matters for both performance and long-term reliability. In addition to cleaning out leaves and debris from the exterior condenser, he also cleared out drain channels that had been completely clogged for years—something no previous service had addressed. His attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right really stood out. We will absolutely be requesting Brian for all future maintenance.

All of the technicians I have worked with are great. Scheduling and communication have been issues, but with some persistence, they do respond and get people out quickly once a date has been set up. I am happy with the quality of work, but it does come at a premium price. Invoices are unusually vague. No itemized labor/material split; it is hard to tell what is getting marked up and by how much. I am a member of their Home Comfort Club, so I supposedly get a discount, but tbh, the discount brings the price down to what would still be considered the high end. I am not sure if it is as good of a deal as it first seemed. If you have the extra money, I think they are reliable and trustworthy.

Our kitchen faucet suddenly started leaking heavily. Mission Plumbing got somebody out here around 6 PM, and by about 8:30 PM they had gone back to the office to get a new faucet and had it installed. A crew of 5 technicians from Mission arrived on time and were well prepared. They removed our old furnace and A/C and replaced both units with high-efficiency Lennox units along with a new thermostat and furnace filter. They reconnected our humidifier and replaced my filter. They started work at 8 a.m. and were done by 12:30. We are completely satisfied and would highly recommend Mission PHC. The above comments were dated September 2021. On March 27, 2026, I called Mission because our A/C was not cooling. It was late afternoon. They do not charge more for after-hours or weekend service calls. She said Doug would be dispatched and call when he was 30 minutes away. Doug arrived around 8 p.m. He flushed out our debris-clogged condenser, replaced the capacitor and filter, and was all done before 10 p.m. We saved 20% and their trip charge by joining the Comfort Club at $16.00/month. That gives us an A/C and furnace checkup plus a whole-house plumbing inspection each year. Doug was a skilled technician. We would continue to highly recommend Mission HVAC.
